Christopher Beltran

Christopher Beltran is a visionary project manager with a global footprint, known for his master installations in luxury settings. He has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in prestigious environments, often collaborating with elite companies to enter some of the most high-end condos in the United States. With such an extensive background, Christopher excels in fast-paced environments, where he prioritizes attention to detail, mitigates risks, and delivers exceptional quality.

His expertise encompasses project planning and team leadership, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Christopher’s notable projects include masterminding the construction of The Ritz-Carlton in Aruba over a two-year period, overseeing the development of the exclusive, privately-owned Goldwynn Hotel in the Bahamas during a six-month project, and leading the build of The Regis Hotel in the Dominican Republic, also a six-month project. In New York, he managed master installations in the most expensive condo in the United States, located at 111 57th Street.

When he isn’t on a work site, you can find Chris spending time with his family and beautiful daughters, devoted Grandpa with two grandchildren enjoying his quality time.

Shaun Moamem

Before transitioning into the title insurance sector, Shaun built a strong foundation in commercial real estate. He began his career at Plaza Real Estate Group, a boutique firm managing multiple properties across Manhattan, with a primary focus on Madison Avenue. There, he was responsible for leasing and sales, working closely with property owners to maximize asset value. He then joined RKF (Robert K. Futterman & Associates), a premier commercial brokerage, where he specialized in retail leasing and investment sales. His tenure at RKF coincided with the firm’s acquisition by Newmark Group, further expanding his exposure to high-profile transactions and industry leaders. Through these roles, Shaun honed his negotiation skills and developed a keen understanding of market trends, positioning him as a trusted advisor to landlords, investors, and tenants alike.

Throughout his career, Shaun has successfully negotiated and closed numerous high-profile retail and investment transactions, representing both landlords and tenants across a diverse range of industries. His extensive experience in structuring complex deals has earned him the trust of institutional investors, private equity firms, and prominent real estate owners. In addition to retail leasing, he has played a key role in several notable investment sales transactions, demonstrating his ability to identify value, navigate market dynamics, and execute strategic acquisitions and dispositions.
