This is for us to get to each other and allow us to learn about your vision for your project. Some clients start already knowing exactly what they want, and others are looking for input and creativity in their project. Either way, we’ve got you covered.
Creative Collaboration
The next step is to go from ideas to architectural plans. We’ll work with you to understand your priorities and your “must haves” in the design. We’ll learn how you intend to use the space and we’ll bring innovative ideas so you’ll have the best possible end result.

Permits and Approvals
After any revisions, your vision is transformed into a detailed set of plans and our team will immediately go to work getting the necessary approvals from your building management and New York City’s Department Of Building. The approval and permitting process can take months – but we take care of it all.
Selections
During the approval and permitting process, we will guide you through the exciting selection process. From appliances to cabinets to fixtures to flooring, this is the fun part! We have the resources and connections to save you time and money. We’ll help you make the choices that will bring your vision to reality.

Construction
Once the permits are issued, construction starts. We have a top notch team of tradesmen and we have relationships with the top subcontractors in the city. We build your home to the highest standards with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship, while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
Finishing Touches
As your designer and builder, we bring a high level of attention to detail to your project. We will check (and double check) every detail because the finishing touches are one of the most important steps. We will have a walk through with you to ensure that everything has been built to your satisfaction.

Move In Day
Once we have passed all inspections and received the certificate of occupancy, it’s time to hand you the keys to your new dream home. This is the moment we’ve all been working for. We love seeing the look on our clients faces as they experience this exciting time!
